Book A Class
Come to open studio! If you have seen previous clay classes we have had and loved them, this is your chance to come recreate them! Choose from any 3 of our clay options: 1 pound, 2 pounds, and 3 pounds and create whatever you would like using our tools and techniques! Clay is sold by the pound, not by the person. So if you would like to bring a family member or friend and make something together, or a few smaller pieces, its a great opportunity to do that!
Price includes firing and glazing. Underglaze ceramic transfers can be purchased at additional cost if interested in that!
Ideas include (but are not limited to) bowls, plates, trays, jewelry dishes, ornaments, etc. Come with an idea and we’ll help you create it!
Come hang out with Kayla from Against the Grain and learn how to forage your own plantain (and other natural herbs) and make your own salve!
Come learn the art of watercolor painting with Loretta! She will be walking you through step by step how to paint a cute cow with florals!
Come learn to make soap with Keilla and Ann! For this workshop, they will be working on a gardener soap!
Come for a fun dino inspired 2 day art camp July 7th and 8th! This camp is geared towards littles ages 4-7. We will be creating all kinds of dino art including fossils, paintings, and mixed media dinos!
Parents are welcome to stay, but encouraged to leave your child for the duration of the class, if you are comfortable with it! Art camps are taught by Mrs. Presley. A certified art teacher at WCHS with a masters degree in art education.
Come for a fun class inspired by Iggy Peck, the Architect!
We will be talking about different types of architecture and then building our own!

Come learn the art of graffiti with the amazing Kentucky muralist- Jordan Justice. He will be teaching you techniques with spray paint including blending and shading and how to use it to create your own art to take home! We will be set up outside The Nest, directly behind in the back parking lot.

Join us for a fun week of art camp!
July 21st- 24th we will be having a “sun” inspired camp with all kinds of projects! We will be learning about the interesting techniques of cyanotypes and how sun exposure can create the prints! We will be painting beautiful sun flowers, experimenting with shadows, and doing some mixed media and ceramics!
There are 2 sessions available to choose from:
Session one: Ages 4-7 from 10:00-11:00
Session two: Ages 8-15 from 12:00-2:00

Come learn the art of coffee roasting with Donovan from Night Roast Coffee! He will be teaching you how to roast raw coffee beans over an open flame to your choice of light, medium, and dark roast! Grind your beans and take home your coffee, ready to brew!

Returns & Refund Policy
If you sign up for a class, you are signing an agreement for that class. In order to receive a full refund due to cancelation, you must request a cancelation 7 days prior to the class. In the event that a class is full with a waitlist, you can inquire after the 7 day period and we can refund IF your spot is filled. Otherwise, there will be no refunds after 7 days prior to the class.
