Open Studio
Q: What can I do during open studio?
A: We have a variety of art projects available at all time!
Pottery: We have a wall of hand poured ceramic pieces and pottery available to glaze (paint). You leave it for us to fire and pick it up later! Prices of pieces range from $5-$50.
Signs: We have a wall of hand built “farmhouse” signs and door hangers that are blank and ready to create! They range from $15-$60 depending on size. We also have a large variety of stencils available to use if you don’t want to draw out your design!
Canvases: We always keep blank canvases on hand as well as acrylic paint. come sit and paint with family or friends for as long as you’d like! $10 each.
Free Supplies: We have blank paper, drawing supplies, and all kinds of how-to books as well as some art themed children’s books available to sit and use for free at anytime!
Q: When Can I come to the Maker Space for open studio?
A: Anytime there isn’t a class on the calendar! We recommend weekdays or Saturday Mornings or a fun after-school activity. As long as we’re open, the classroom is too! Be sure to check the schedule for dates and times of scheduled events ahead of time! Most classes happen on Thursday & Friday Evenings and Saturday Afternoons.
Please note: Open studio does not provide any one-on-one instruction. While we will be around to help if needed, this is a time for you to be create freely!

To rent the space for the classroom for approximately 2 hours is $50 + the cost of the project you wish to do. (Minimum of 5 people, Maximum of 16 depending on project chosen.)
Project ideas are endless. Let us know what you would like to do and we will have it ready for you! (Prices vary depending on supplies needed and number of guests)
